Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of all applications published by BitTech LLC. By downloading and using any BitTech LLC app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps on your device. Your use is also governed by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our apps only for their intended purpose. You may not reverse engineer, distribute, sell, modify, or interfere with the functionality of any app or our services.
Health & Safety Disclaimer
Apps that display nutritional data are personal reference tools, not medical advice. They are not a substitute for professional medical guidance. Always consult healthcare providers before making health decisions.
Data Accuracy
Nutritional and product data are sourced from third-party databases and are not independently verified by BitTech LLC. You assume responsibility for verifying accuracy before relying on the data.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, trademarks, and other intellectual property in our apps are owned by BitTech LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without permission.
In-App Purchases
All in-app purchases are processed and managed by Apple. All purchases are final per Apple's policies. Refund requests must be made through Apple.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the apps will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
BitTech LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for any app in the preceding 12 months.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold BitTech LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the apps or violation of these terms.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules in Mississippi. You waive the right to pursue claims as a class action.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mississippi without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page. Continued use of the apps constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
